Fertilizer Industry

IEP’s Team has ample experience in the fertilizer chain of value.

In 1986, Petrosur Fertilizantes (Argentina) hired specialists from the current IEP team to conduct a study on the future of fertilizer consumption in Argentina.
In 1991 the Argentine government promoted the Fertineu project, with the participation of the province of Neuquen and YPF. An important area was assigned for Fertilizer Plant project, through Law No. 2134, to COMINCO-AGRIUM.

COMINCO FERTILIZERS LTD.

-Entrusted to IEP’s technicians a study on the present in Argentina.
-IEP’s fertilizer team, is lead by a professional that has worked with first level companies, performing the following tasks.

WORLD MANAGER OF AGRONOMY. 2010.

-Developing and managing global agronomic platform strategy to facilitate fertilizer sales.
-Leading a global team of agronomists promoting premium phosphate and balanced nutrition crops.
-Responsible for, training and support to internal and external clients worldwide.

MANAGER OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT. 2008 -2010.

-Responsible for the development of new phosphate and potash products.
-Designed, analysed, interpreted and summarized studies of Cambodia, greenhouse and laboratories around the world.
-provided agronomic expertise in strategic projects carried out by multifunctional teams.

INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT. 2005 -2008.

-Designed, analysed, and summarized precision agricultural studies on farms in Argentina, Brazil, and the USA.
-Agronomic and statistical support for the Argentine Association of Regional Consortia for Agricultural Experimentation (AACREA).
